He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Skinner, and Charles R. Skinner, Sr.; and his brother Robert L. Skinner. He is survived by: his spouse Janetmarie Rizzuto; his children, Heather Bair (William) and Raymond Skinner (Renee); his sister Patricia Osgood (Michael); his sister-in-law Bonnie Skinner; his grandchildren, Seth Buchanan (Adriana), Chanowa Skinner (Grant Barnes), Andrew, Pip, Avery and Patrick Howard; and his great grandchildren, Salem Skinner, Raylynn and Castiel Buchanan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (2584 Main St, Glastonbury, CT 06033). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the The Hammondsport Fire Department.
