He was predeceased by: his parents, Romuladas Samulis and Elenora Samulis (Bitinas); his uncle Father Antanas Bitinus; his sister India Blue (Maria Samulis); his niece Robyn; and his great grandchild Luke Samuel.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie (Telep); his brother Joseph (Cinny); his daughters, Lydia, Laura (Steve) and Lucia (Walter); his siblings-in-law, Raymond, Cathy Telep, Edward (Brenda Telep) and NJ; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Erica), Juliana (Jesse), Cassandra (Andrew), Heather, Chloe, Jack and Leo; his great grandchildren, Stella, Letizia and Willow; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Joseph, Stacey (Bobby), Bethany, Zachary, Emma and Matthew.
