He is survived by: his mother Tricia Preston; his stepfather Jason of Illinois; his father Michael Glazier; his stepmother Alma; his siblings, Mackenzie, Rebecca Glazier, Lily Preston and Todd Preston; and his grandmother Gerry Glazier. He is also survived by 3 step-siblings and many loving cousins.
