She is survived by: her daughter Karen O'Toole; her son-in-law Bob; her children, Katie O'Callaghan (Hugh) and Dr. Kevin O'Toole (Katie); her grandchildren, John, Amanda, Margaret and Nora; and her sister Anne Arnold (Ed).
