It is with sadness that the passing of Michael Breen of Glastonbury, Connecticut is shared. Michael, born on September 13, 1955, passed away on November 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Breen and Katherine Breen (Blazensky); his significant other Deborah Sanderson; and his brothers, Jim Breen and Rick Breen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Unterreiner of Glastonbury, Carey Unterreiner of Glastonbury and Kelly Unterreiner of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Kayla, Zack, Jack and Evan; and his siblings, Frank Breen (Jane), Tom Breen (Joan), Bob Breen and Kate Crohan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the D'Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel (30 Carter St, East Hartford, CT 06118).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's name to an organization of your choice.
