He was predeceased by : his father Albert Floyd; his grandparents, John Floyd, Alfred and Annie Bingham (Baker); his great-grandparent Pearl Williams; his uncles, Elder Berresford A. Bingham, James and Howard Floyd; and his aunt Annie Jo Floyd.

He is survived by : his mother Sharon Floyd (Bingham) of East Windsor, CT; his children, Sienna Floyd of Glastonbury, CT and Lincoln Floyd of Glastonbury, CT; his pet Jax of Glastonbury, CT; his siblings, Gregory Floyd (Amy Floyd) of Irvington, NY and Kimberly Floyd (Carlos Ruiz) of West Hartford, CT; the mother of his children Julie Grose of Glastonbury, CT; his nieces, Natalie Ruiz, Adriana Floyd, Madison Floyd and Giavanna Ruiz; his nephew Kairo Ruiz; and his grandmother Arrie Pearl Floyd (Askew) of Middletown, CT. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mulryan Funeral Home (725 Hebron Ave, Glastonbury, CT 06033). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
