He is survived by: his wife Stella; his children, Beverly Fonfara (James Powelcyk), John Fonfara, James Fonfara (Colleen) and Robert Fonfara (Betsy); his grandchildren, Joshua Padgett, Megan Ansteensen, Christina Gonzalez and Zachary Fonfara; his nieces and nephews, George Urbanik, Joan Veilleux, Susan Leonka, Cherise Field, Sally Reichle, Joanne Sauer, Jack Reichle and Fritz Reichle; his sister Beverly Fonfara; and his close friend Danny Ficochelli (Gooch).
