He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Leach (Terry) of Glastonbury; his parents, William Leach and Katherine Leach (Ciba); his son Kevin W. Leach; and his siblings, Helen Kocum, Gladys Johnson, Joanne Cole, Dolly Kittle, Lillian Johnson, Theodore Leach, Frank Leach (Red) and Raymond Leach (Gabby).
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelley Guerrera (Salvatore) of East Hartford and Beth LeDuc (Andrew) of East Hartford; his daughter-in-law Mary Carneiro; and his sister-in-law Frances Morneault (Phillip). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
