He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Christensen and William Christensen; his stepfather John Fedorich; his siblings, William, Robert Christensen and Beverly Davis; and his nephew Keith Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shirley Shemms Christensen; his children, Heidi Kearns Jr. (Walter) of Cornwall Bridge, John Christensen Jr. (Judy) of Natural Bridge, NY, Kimberly Shreders (Wayne) of Torrington and Tracie Hilpert (Kristofer) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Danielle, Riley, Samuel, Tara, Alesia and Johnny; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Caleb, Emmett, Samuel, Riverlynn, Ivy-Rose, Wynonna, Dean and Wyatt; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spotty Dog Rescue, OWTS Alumni, the Goshen Volunteer Fire Department, or Veterans Affairs.
