He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his siblings, Tom of Baraboo, Rick (Kimberly) of Scituate, MA and Nancy (Ron) of Beaconsfield; Matthew and Andrew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
