With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Waters Polci of Granby, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Waters, Jr. and Jeanette Tracy Waters; her husband William Polci; her grandson Derek Antonucci; her siblings, Joan Waters, Robert Waters and David Waters III; her sister-in-law Rose Waters; and her siblings' children, Suzan Waters, Tod Waters and David Waters IV.
She is survived by: her pet Grady; her children, Elisa Polci (Patrick Corey Gilkes) of Portland, Maine, Keith Polci of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and Maura Polci (Theodore Provencher) of Scarborough, Maine.; her grandchildren, Priscilla Polci (Erica), Isabelle Provencher, Keira Hollister, Savannah Polci, Emelia Provencher and Caroline Provencher; her great grandchild Isla Jane Provencher; her sister Jean Cianci (Sebastian Cianci); and her sibling's children, Sarah (James), Patty, Marianne (Burton), Mark (Elizabeth), Diana (Robert), Andria and Stephen (Tina).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Foundation for Public Broadcasting in honor of Mary's enduring appreciation for the PBS NewsHour and public broadcasting.
