She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph E. Bailey; her daughter Rhonda Y. Pidgeon; her parents, Mary Bleckmann and Earl Holder; and her stepfather Emil Bleckmann.
She is survived by: her brother Charles Bleckmann (Cecilia); and her children, Douglas Bailey (Sara), Cinda Joyce (Stephen) and Lisa Cassidy (Kevin). She is also survived by her extended family, dear friends.
