He was predeceased by: his parents, Taras Zosiak and Christine Zosiak. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Zosiak; his children, Kevin Zosiak (Amy), Melissa Slavin and Brian Zosiak; his grandchildren, Lucas Slavin, Ashley Zosiak and Tyler Zosiak; and his sisters, Heidi Zosiak and Barbara DeFilippo (Michael). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
