She is survived by: her brother Joseph Bistany (Roberta Bistany); her nieces, Cindy Bistany Rasmussen (Jim), Christina Bistany Robinson (Joe) and Caren Bistany Kissinger (Bo); and her nephew Joseph Bistany Jr. (Tracie).
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (95 Henry St, Greenwich, CT 06830).
She will be remembered not only for her remarkable accomplishments and contributions to the field of rehabilitation, but, most importantly, for her generous heart, her love of family, and the lasting impact she had on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.
