She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Bell and Mabel Irwin Bell; her husband Joseph A. Zang, Jr.; her daughter Claire Margaret Zang; her brothers, William, Henry and Roger Bell; her sisters-in-law, Elma Howie, Thila Ann Schulz Bell and Marcia Alice Boyle Bell; and her nephew Thilo Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine Joy Zang Cunningham; her son-in-law Robert Burton Cunningham of Southport, Connecticut; her granddaughters, Quinn Joy Cunningham of New London and Eden Louisa Cunningham of Southport; and her nieces and nephews, David, Jeff, James, Dick, Glen, Thomas, Stephen, Jonathan Bell, Claudia Campese, Margaret Lambke and Patricia Roberto.
