She is survived by: her brother Walter Forest; her siblings-in-law, Pat Forest and James "Bud" Sirbono; her nieces, Tracey Sirbono, Leighann Latham, Kristen Smigelski and Dineen Forest; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan, Avery, Brett, Matt, Alexia, Ella and Dylan; and her friend Richard Schinto.
