He was predeceased by: his father Gerald V. Ouellette. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ouellette (Blanchette) of Enfield; his siblings, David G. Ouellette (Sherry A. Gage) of Middletown, CT and Jodi L. Ouellette of Enfield; his nieces and nephews, David M. (Nikki Ouellette), Michelle L. (Bill Maynard), Jennifer A. (Tony Miller), Paul M. Ouellette, Jeremy V. Ouellette, Conner Ouellette and Rhianna Ouellette; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan, David, Kyle, Jayden, Zachary, Anthony, Dominic, Sophia and Rocco. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles, close friends.
