It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Barrows of Groton, Connecticut, born in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathie Ackerman and Sandra Rustici; and her siblings-in-law, Hadlai Barrows, Caroline Barrows and Jean Jerbert. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
