He was predeceased by: his parents, George Aspinwall and Dorothy Lemoine Aspinwall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Tompkins; his children, Jacob Doolittle and Katie Trask; his brothers, Kenneth Aspinwall, Richard Aspinwall, William Aspinwall and Andrew Aspinwall; and his grandchildren, Landon Trask, Grayson Trask and Hadley Trask.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (56 Sacred Heart Dr, Groton, CT 06340).
