She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Sweeney and Jane P. Sweeney (Toomey); her former husband Stanley Perka; and her husband Philip Guiney. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Daniel Guiney Jr. (Cindy) of Stuart, FL, Patrick Guiney (Susan) of Bristol, CT., Stephen Guiney (Jess) of Gautier, MS, Jeffrey Perka of Norwich, CT. and Kevin Guiney (Shannon) of Arlington, MA.; and her niece Colleen Sweeney of Groton, CT.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
