He is survived by: his brother Carl Izzo; his sister-in-law Joanne Izzo of Niantic; his brother John Izzo of Groton; his nieces, Kim Wood (Tim), Lori Dorchak of Puerto Octay, Chile and Lynn Wilson of Weeki Wachee, FL; his nephew John Izzo of Thompson's Station, Tennessee; and his great-nieces, Jessica and Amanda Wood of East Lyme.
