Willcox III (Groton, Connecticut), born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Ray E.. He is survived by : his mother Nora "Dolly" Willcox of Ledyard; his siblings, Darlene, Lois, Catherine and Todd; and his close friend Donna Victoria (Viens). He is also survived by three daughters, three sons, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
