He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Boss and Emily Boss; his wife Linda Irene Boss; his daughter Lori Schlough; and his granddaughters, Amber Schlough and Heather Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Ripani of Groton and Sharon Patterson of Plainfield; and his brother Charles Boss. He is also survived by 10 Granddaughters, 10 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandsons.
