He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Doukas and Harriet Rogers Doukas; and his sister Harriet Doukas Hagelin. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Prentice Doukas; his daughter Lesley Doukas Hermans; his granddaughter Mia Hermans; his stepdaughter Sarah Koster; his grandson Sante Gallagher; his siblings, Kevin Doukas (Tania), Joseph Doukas (Sharon), Theresa Doukas, Sheila Williams, Ellen Hasselmann (Matt), Catherine Crowel, Suzanne Doukas Niermeyer (Mark) and Nicolette Doukas (Mark Kuhn); his sister-in-law Maryellen Adams (Dave); his daughter Jen; his brother-in-law Rick Prentice, Jr.; Theresa Doukas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
