He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Howard and Ina Howard; his wife Barbara Carroll; and his brothers, Leslie Howard and Richard Howard.
He is survived by : his children, Donna O'Hanlon (Terry) of Gales Ferry, Tara Watt (Richard) of Saugerties, NY and Thomas J. Howard (Cynthia) of Ledyard; and his brothers, Arthur Howard and Ronald Howard. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
