We are sad to announce that, on March 1, 2021 we had to say goodbye to William B. Frank III of Groton, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Wendy Frank (Blantin). He is survived by: his children, Michelle Rankin (Charlie) of Sandy Hook and William Frank (Melissa) of Santa Cruz, CA; his grandsons, Gavin and Dylan; his sisters, Lynn Shortell (Carl) of Southington and Lisa Hickey (Jim) of Meriden; his nieces and nephews, Kathryn, Kellie, Sarah, Karina, Anthony, Angelina and Carmella; and his cousin Karrie Mucherino.

Family and friends may visit Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm St, West Haven on Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 4 p. m. to 7 p. m. Per Ct Department of Public Health guidelines, six foot social distancing and face coverings will be required.
