He is survived by: his brother Donald Foy (Mary); his daughters, Bonnie Nicholson, Renee Foy and Jolene O'Hara (John); his grandchildren, Tonya Foerch, William Nadwairski, Christopher Foy and Samantha Foy; and his great grandchild Justin Smith Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
