He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Fuller and Ellen Fuller (Guertin); and his brother Gary Fuller. He is survived by: his children, Alexander Fuller (NH) and Theresa Fuller (RI); and his siblings, John Fuller of Old Saybrook, CT and Gloria Fuller Anderson of Colorado.
