He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mackey, Sr. and Breada O'Keefe Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lord Mackey; his children, James Joseph Lord Mackey, Tessa Rose Lord Mackey and Lily Maeve Lord Mackey of Guilford; his siblings, William F. Mackey (Denise) of Middlefield, CT, Margo Mackey Potts (Blair) of Charlotte, NC and Fionnuala Mackey Browning (David) of Old Greenwich, CT; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Mackey, Jillian Mackey Simms, Breada Forlizzi, Mary Potts, Siobhan, Mikaela, Aedan Browning, William and Matthew Farmer.
