He was predeceased by: his parents, Gennaro D'Amato and Helen D'Amato (Bourejy). He is survived by: his daughter Cara Dailey (D'Amato) of Scottsdale, AZ.; his grandson Jonathan Dailey; his sister Karen (D'Amato); his nephew Gerald Schultz (Tina Marie); his great-niece Brigitte Schultz; and his great-nephews, Christian Carlson and Brandon Schultz.
