She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Holden and Honoria O'Donnell Holden (Norah). She is survived by: her husband Peter D. Yates; and her children, Stephanie Gosteli (Rudy) of Guilford, Lyndsay Sebestyen (Gary) of Brighton, MI and Nicholaus Yates (Susan) of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
