She was predeceased by: her father Henry K. Osakowicz. She is survived by: her husband Greg Andrzejczyk; her son James Andrzejczyk; her mother Maria Wasilewska (Wasilewska); her brother Peter Osakowicz; and her nephew Calvin Osakowicz.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Catholic Church (33 Whitfield St, Guilford, CT 06437). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Alder Brook Cemetery (355 Boston St, Guilford, CT 06437).
