Though Renee may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Renee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parent Constance Whipple; and her husband Ronald Paul Abbott. She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Huntington; her son-in-law Scott Nathan Huntington of Deep River; her son Todd Paul Abbott of West Haven; and her grandchildren, Delaney Katherine Huntington and Connor Paul Huntington.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. George Catholic Church (33 Whitfield St, Guilford, CT 06437). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Alder Brook Cemetery (355 Boston St, Guilford, CT 06437).
