He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Jacob and Eileen Jacob; his siblings-in-law, John Bradbury, Maridee and Tony Feeherry; and his grandparents, Julius, Mary Yesko Jacob, Frederick and Grace Miller Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Dee (Deirdre Bradbury Jacob); his children, Meggin, Grampy, Chloe, Kai, Cammi, Caine, Eligh, Cassi, Westley and Carly; his siblings, Gary Jacob (Linda) and Lynn Gerckens (Karl); his brother-in-law Jim Bradbury (Nancy); his former wife Diane Jacob; and his friend Bob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a growing number of great nieces and nephews.
