It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sherrill A. Though Sherrill may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sherrill touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Whitcher and Sally Potasz Whitcher; her son Richard Canning; and her sister-in-law Roberta Whitcher. She is survived by: her daughter Beth Canning; and her siblings, Frank Whitcher, Jr., William Whitcher (Donna), Susan Gerschefski (Frederick) and Debra Beeckman (Daniel). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
