He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hay and Catherine Hay; his siblings, John Hay and Mary Bray; and his daughter Catherine Hay.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his children, Wendy, Bobette, Jamie, Marcie and Tommy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
