He was predeceased by : his wife Rita Perrotti Carbonella; his parents, Anthony Carbonella Sr. and Julia Gaetano Carbonella; and his sister Shirley Tierney. He is survived by : his children, Cindy Carbonella (Wyatt) and Tony Carbonella III (Judy).
