He is survived by: his children, Samuel "Sam" Redd, Dustin Redd and Stephanie Priestley; his brothers, Andre Redd and Hezzie "Sonny" Redd; his grandchildren, DeWayne Redd Jr., Derrell Redd, Chayce Redd, King Redd, Kayden Pervis and Sa'niya Galan; and his goddaughter Aniyah Redd.
