With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara M. Sorensen (Hamden, Connecticut), who passed away on August 14, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Sorensen; her father John Contois; her son William Sorensen; and her sister Judith Beazley. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Russell (Leonard) of Naugatuck and Sherry Whiles of Durham; her grandchildren, Kristine Pierce, Scotty Whiles (Brooke), Travis Whiles (Danielle), Heather Whiles and Kylie Whiles; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Cooper Pierce; and her son-in-law Scott Whiles.
