Carolyn Peterson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Peterson of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Frank Castiglione; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Coassin and Barry Lutin. She is survived by: her mother Pamela Schwab Castiglione; her husband Thomas Peterson; her son Tyler Peterson; her siblings, Cherie Castiglione (Pamela), Dr. Sam Potolicchio (Emily Coassin), Hope (Tom Gower), Joseph (Jan Castiglione), Dr. Charlie (Connie Castiglione) and Dr. Frank (Jan Castiglione); and her brother-in-law Michael Peterson (Cookie Cusano Peterson).
