Constance T. Lane Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Constance T. Lane of Hamden, Connecticut, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away at the age of 84, on June 7, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. C. Phillip Torrance and Louise Torrance; and her husband Rev. Oren J. Lane. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Lane of Winooski and David Lane; her daughter-in-law Amy Lane of Hamden; her sisters, June Torrance and Anne Torrance Bachmann (Richard); her nieces, Leslie Bens, Beth Ellsworth and Rebecca Wirth; and her nephew Christopher Wirth.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (11 Church St, St Albans City, VT 05478). She was a dedicated volunteer and board member at Martha's Community Kitchen, joyfully serving the community's most in need of a fresh and healthy meal, even during the pandemic.
