She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. C. Phillip Torrance and Louise Torrance; and her husband Rev. Oren J. Lane. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Lane of Winooski and David Lane; her daughter-in-law Amy Lane of Hamden; her sisters, June Torrance and Anne Torrance Bachmann (Richard); and her siblings' children, Leslie Bens, Beth Ellsworth, Rebecca Wirth and Christopher Wirth.
She was a dedicated volunteer and board member at Martha's Community Kitchen, joyfully serving the community's most in need of a fresh and healthy meal, even during the pandemic.
