He was predeceased by: his parents, Iscon Rogers and Annie Mae Arthur; his son Curtis Rogers Jr. of New Haven; and his siblings, Myrtice Walker, Annie M. Harris, Jernita, James, Glenn and Willie Tippens.

He is survived by: his close friend Annette Greenlee; his daughters, Mellerdean Rogers-Robinson of Savannah, GA., Diane (John Smoakes) of Hamden, Donna (Darrell Spears) of Hamden, Elesia (Ernest Mullins) of Hamden, Bridget Moncrease of Greenville, NC, Pam Moncrease of West Haven, Danyell Rogers of Hamden and Erika (Ebony Washington) of New Haven; and his sisters, Minnie Rogers-Sanders of Virginia, Judy Berry of Georgia, Carolyn Rogers and Eunice Muldrow of New York.

There will be no public viewing due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
