It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Draffan of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Denise may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Draffan and Mildred Draffan (Johnson); and her brothers, Alexander Draffan II and Douglas Draffan. She is survived by: her daughter Kellie Draffan of Hamden; her grandsons, Daniel Draffan (Cassi Smith), Ryan Hassett and Christopher Hassett; her sister Joyce Krupp of Wallingford; her niece Jessica Rogers (Anthony); and her sister-in-law Merry Draffan. She is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews.
