He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dercole and Johanna Dercole; his siblings, John Dercole and Dorothy Herman; and his former wife Norma Dercole.
He is survived by: his children, Joni Preller (David), Edward Dercole (Susan) and Cynthia Ercolano (Edward); his grandchildren, Matthew (Mayra), Aaron Freier, Edward, Anthony Dercole, Brittany Mancinelli (Dino), Joseph Ercolano (Alexa) and Lauren Small (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Luciano, Nico, Giovanni Ercolano, Luca, Matteo Small, Gianna and Dino Mancinelli; and his friend Steve. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, Ed's family asks that you consider making a donation to "The Cure Starts Now," for pediatric brain cancer on behalf of Ed's great-grandson, Luca.
