She was predeceased by : her parents, Warren Summerville and Ethel Douglas Summerville; and her siblings, Mary Louise and Joseph. She is survived by : her husband Clyde Mayo; and her children, Deborah (Gary Webb), Katherine (Chris Garrard), Margaret (David Phelps) and James Mayo. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
