He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Palmer; his daughter Brittney Palmer; his grandsons, Bryson Palmer-Harris and Blake Carroll; his siblings, Michael Palmer of Boston, Mass, Andrew Palmer of Boston, Mass and Sonya Williams of Brooklyn, MY; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Landry of Waynesboro, Cynthia Landry of Boston, Mass, Diana Landry-Stephens (Carl) of Louisville, Rodney Moye of Louisville and Raymond Landry (Kimberly) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
