He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kathleen Mary Dirschel (Duggan); his children, Mark, Kristen, Michael, Brian and John; his grandchildren, Nick, Jackie, Gray, Salvador, Olivia, Blake, Ellianna, Karl, Rai and Koriander; and his sister Luella Dankiewicz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Service - Hamden (2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home (2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2819 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518).
