He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Louise Mayers; and his wife Ernestyne Dixon Mayers. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Springer and Diana Braxton (William); his grandsons, Justin Springer, Gordon Braxton, Eric Braxton (Thomeal), Kevin Braxton and Alan Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Eliana Braxton and Savina Braxton. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
