She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Ford; and her sister Alimna Gillard. She is survived by: her children, Diane of Hamden, CT, Sheila of East Haven, CT and Charles of West Haven, CT; her siblings, Thomas Mention of Hemmingway, Janie Ford of New Haven, CT, Annette Green of New Haven, CT and Jean Montgomery of New Haven, CT; her daughter Nicole Rawls; and her godson Gilbert Priest. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
