With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hugh F. Keefe (Hamden, Connecticut), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irish and Jack (Catherine). He is survived by: his wife Tara L. Knight; his sons, Hugh Patrick Keefe (Megan), Brendan John Keefe and Dr. William Sean Keefe; his grandchildren, Clara, Teagan, John, Alice and Patrick; his sister Marjorie B. Keefe (Paul Prescott); his close friend John J. Keefe (Lynn Brennan); his mother-in-law Mary Lou Knight; and his siblings-in-law, William Meehan, Kristen Keslow (Marc) and Edward Knight Jr. (Carolynn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2819 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
